Successful Window And Door Upgrade Project in Ho Chi Minh City Villa

Recently, we were honored to receive a request from a distinguished client in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to upgrade the old PVC windows in their villa. Upon understanding the client's needs, our professional team promptly visited the site for detailed measurements and assessments, identifying areas for improvement in the existing design.

In pursuit of both performance and aesthetics, we recommended our G5 Thermal Break Aluminum Window System. This product stands out with its 110mm oversized wall thickness, making it ideal for large window designs that offer enhanced strength and safety. It also features superior wind resistance. For added security, we used over 8mm thick glass with reinforced, screw-compatible hurricane-resistant glazing beads, ensuring the windows remain secure even during typhoons.

The G5 series embodies a sleek and modern aesthetic with its flush indoor and outdoor appearance, creating a seamless integration with contemporary home designs. The flat profiles without protrusions add to its minimalist beauty. Additionally, the system includes 30mm wide thermal breaks filled with inert gas (argon) between double-glazed low-e glass panels, providing excellent insulation and effectively reducing external noise, thus maintaining a quiet and comfortable indoor environment.

Safety is a priority, especially for families with children. Our opening sashes are equipped with dual safety corners made of soft rubber, featuring a fully enclosed rounded design that prevents bumps and scratches, enhancing overall safety.

Upon the arrival of the shipment at the port in Ho Chi Minh City, our installation team immediately headed to the project site to guide the workers in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. After one week of intensive work, the entire villa’s windows were transformed, earning high praise and satisfaction from the client.
