6-Layer Hybrid Sealing System

A dual-cavity seal design integrates three EPDM gaskets between sash/frame and three composite foam seals across outer frames, achieving high waterproofing. The interlayer Technoform 29mm aerogel insulation blocks thermal bridging, reducing energy loss by 40% versus standard thermal break windows. Angled drainage channels and detachable windproof plugs prevent water ingress during monsoons.

Panoramic Intelligent Ventilation

The electric parallel-opening sashes (Sobinco/British Securistyle actuator) can be controlled by remote control to achieve 90° outward swing or 15-300mm micro-ventilation. The frameless 95% visible glass area is paired with a retractable nylon screen (0.8mm mesh) that can be stored in the side profiles.
